Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Morgan, founder of Thrive Support and Health Services.

I am a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Science. I’m deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents and young adults through neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and person centred approaches.

My experience spans Positive Behaviour Support across home, school and community settings. I work alongside families, educators and support teams to understand behaviour, strengthen skills and create practical strategies that improve everyday life.

I created Thrive with the belief that meaningful support comes from genuine connection, understanding and collaborative relationships. My approach focuses on building emotional regulation, independence, confidence and quality of life in ways that feel safe, practical and individualised to each person.

Positive Behaviour Support

Understanding behaviour. Building skills. Creating lasting change.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an evidence-informed approach that focuses on understanding why behaviours occur and helping individuals to develop the skills they need to thrive.

At Thrive, we work alongside children, adolescents, young adults, families and support teams to create practical, individualised strategies that improve quality of life across home, school and community settings.

Quality Support

Wherever you are

Thrive offers Positive Behaviour Support via secure Telehealth to children, adolescents and young adults across remote areas of Australia. Whether you’re in a regional community, or simply need the flexibility of support from home, we’re here to help you understand behaviour, build skills and create positive change.

At Thrive, we do things differently

Connection first, always.

We believe behaviour is communication, and meaningful support starts with understanding the individual behind the behaviour, not just the behaviour itself.

At Thrive, support extends beyond four walls. We use movement, nature, community connection and real-life experiences to create environments where individuals can feel regulated, capable and genuinely engaged in the world around them.

We do this by recognising existing strengths, understanding each individuals interests, and building on the relationships and connections already meaningful to them.

Grounded in Community & Nature

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Thrive embraces the value of natural environments, movement and community connection as part of meaningful support. We are a mobile service, supporting individuals and families from Gympie to Caloundra for face-to-face support. We provide flexible, community-based support designed to meet individuals where they most feel comfortable, whether at home, school or out in the community. We also provide Australia-wide Telehealth support where clinically appropriate.
